The kitchen has attractive cupboards with a centre island. It has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, cooking utensils, and dishwasher.

The dining room has a wooden table and chair set with modern table settings including dishes, glasses, cutlery, stemware, and linens.

The living room offers comfortable seating, a coffee table, and end tables. There is cable TV & DVD with remote control, a Wii system, and a telephone. The sofa bed can accommodiate two persons.

The laundy room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The downstairs wash room has towels for guests.

The decks, which all overlook the town of Bay Roberts, have a gas BBQ and a table and chairs.
